Di Bruin Gospel Project is a concept artistic group found and established by multitalented award winner Brown Mosiapoa who is also a creative music director and composer.
Di Bruin Gospel Project is a choral gospel choir consisting of eighty (80) members (youth and young adults) with passion for singing and doing charity empowerment work within the needy communities. Members come through audition, this is a voluntary people’s organization where we help each other to help our needy community members. We as artists share our different experience, knowledge, and understanding with one vision of inspiring changes in our people, especially poor people’s livelihood.
Di Bruin Gospel performs Gospel Music with the influence of African Indigenous Choral choir presentation, clap and tap gospel music, including influence from various denominations such as Saint Paul, Dutch reforms, Wesley, Lutheran, Apostolic, and Charismatic religious organization.
Nkapese is a new and latest offering composed and arranged by Brown Mosiapoa, this product has 11 solid classic tracks, the songs are mostly based in a Sotho language. Every song has a unique message, arrangement’s and approach with objective to communicate, entertain, empower and inspire the audience.
We live in the ever-changing and developing world where everything is possible but not everything is helpful and productive for everyone. There is a need for humanitarian activism through music that inspires confidence and creates fair opportunity for us the needy one.
This album has a prayer songs like Lala honna and there are other outstanding songs like Mmoloki that are called traditional songs because they existed from one generation differently. These are songs that connect generation and ensure that we grow and improve together along each other side. Commonality about these songs is that through them we praise, worship, and pray our God.
